33.3 Configuration Process

Additional Configurations

If a configure.sh or configure.R or configure.py file is included in the installed package (i.e., it is listed in MLHUB.yaml under files then the appropriate interpreter is run after all other configurations are completed. For a shell script for example the following is run:

sh configure.sh

For currated packages the curator will need to ensure no dangerous code is included in the script. For non-curated packages the user needs to ensure they trust the developer and have checked the code for an malicious activity.
